About Noah Thomas Leask

Noah Leask was one of the U.S. Navy’s first cyber warriors, playing a critical role in providing the nation with cyber, information, signals, and technology dominance. He created early warning threat detection systems and networks and designed and implemented the first-of-its kind mail sweeper, all while under extreme pressure during wartime operations. Noah was on the national Y2K critical manning list for the U.S. and United Kingdom as the lead programmer for two vital world-wide mission critical systems. Leask then took his cyber expertise to the private sector and launched several successful InfoTech companies. He was Chief Architect for a 10-year $900M program consolidating a world-wide intelligence agency as the ISHPI CEO. ISHPI went on to score the unprecedented honor of being a seven-time consecutive Inc fastest growing privately held company. His latest venture, primal. is the preeminent software developer in the US Southeast with deep expertise in software development, engineering, and architecture and data services and analytics, cyber and digital dominance, and Ai.Philanthropy/Volunteer focusFor Noah, serving the community is an integral part of his drive. He and his wife, Lisa, support significant scholarships at Bishop England High School for special needs students. Together, they created the Noah T. Leask Family Scholarship and annually award 40 higher education scholarships to the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.Noah funds the Noah Thomas Leask Distinguished Professor of Information Management and Innovation at the College of Charleston School of Business.
