Responsible for the leadership, development, and implementation of Advisory and enterprise-wide strategies in Resource Management and KAS.The KAS operational vision rests on a foundation of providing high-quality approaches - consistently achieved beyond boundaries by highly motivated and talented professionals who provide operational excellence, and deliver a constant focus on customer value.Core Attributes and Responsibilities Include:• Provides strategic insight to the Advisory leadership team regarding future staffing, skills mix, and availability to leverage self-sourced talent• Effectively negotiates staffing conflicts, and various conflicting team dynamics• Drives the collaboration with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement• Responsible for development and management of preferred supplier program• Responsible for the curation and delivery of contingent labor program training• Curates program development: Process flow, VMS efficiencies (Beeline), Payroll efficiencies, onboarding efficiencies, etc. • Delivers strategic reporting to the Chief Operating Officer in Advisory• Responsible for curation and management of Advisory RM and Supplier scorecards• Single point of contact for program escalations• Ensures contingent workforce risk and compliance standards are implemented• Single point of contact between KPMG and Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS)• Serves as the escalation liaison between Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, HR, Engagement Teams, and other groups to ensure internal compliance meets the needs of the stakeholders
