Teammanager & Player 3x3 and 5v5 @Open Run Foundation

Since 2018, I have been organizing for myself and my basketball friends to participate in 3x3 tournaments, organized by the Dutch Basketball Federation, as well as international tournaments played locally under the FIBA banner. Over the years, we have climbed higher and higher up the 3x3 performance pyramid.I also enjoy playing 5x5 tournaments abroad.All in all, we have played in various European countries, with success, but above all, we have expanded our basketball network time and again and made new friendships.I make sure that the registration fees are collected, the uniforms are arranged, the registration is done, and, if needed, transport and accommodation are organized. It’s a lot of fun to do. And with reasonable success but most importantly, a lot of enjoyment.I also participate with Errol Anthony, the organizer of Open Run Elite. I can learn a lot from him, both in basketball and in organization.Most of the time, I am on the road with my team D-Avengers playing 5-on-5. In 3x3, I often play under the name Open Run Zwanenburg, in various team compositions.
