Working in the Tier 1 ranked Agricultural Property team (in conjunction with the wider Real Estate team), I act for businesses, estate and farm owners as well as high-net-worth individuals in a plethora of property matters, including but not exclusively:• Acquisitions, disposals and refinances of freehold and leasehold commercial premises (including agricultural and bare development land).• Acquisitions, disposals and refinances of high-value freehold and leasehold residential premises.• Renewables development work, including the drafting and negotiation of options, agreements for lease and leases.• Management of landed estates and agricultural property, including the creation of farm business tenancies, deeds of easement, etc.• Advising on and negotiating commercial leases. I also assist with the management of leasehold properties, namely in relation to licences to alter, deeds of surrender, deeds of variations, licences to assign, etc.
