In the course of a diverse 30-year career in all aspects of arboriculture, Noah Violini has proven to be a skilled executive, visionary entrepreneur, adroit trouble-shooter and turnaround expert. Noah has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance and for establishing close relationships with the local and surrounding communities. Noah was a groundsman at the age of 16 and by 21 he was at the helm of Mt. View Tree Service in Victoria, B.C. Noah owned Mt. View Tree Service for more than 17 years prior to joining the Bartlett team in 2004. Post-secondary education in business, accounting and botany laid the groundwork for knowledgeable and professional communication with staff and clients. Noah is a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional, a member of the International Society of Arboriculture, and in 2009 was awarded the Pacific Northwest Commercial Arborist award. He has acted as a proctor of the ISA Certificate program and has sat on the board for Apprentice Arborists in B.C.
