Serve as single point of contact for specific clients. This includes managing all incoming requests for processing and fielding a broad range of questions and inquiries from clients.• Research and resolve client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, communicate effectively and coordinate ad-hoc client requests. Escalate as needed with a sense of urgency.• Review all daily activity and transaction reports. Collaborate with Custody Account Manager and Operations team to resolve any issues or transaction discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain appropriate records of daily and monthly client activities.• Research and resolve exceptions, reconciliations, incorrect transactions and other issues.• Maintain a working knowledge of the operational group’s workflow and processing activities. • Document any updates or changes to formal procedures, workflows, databases, etc.• Collaborate with custody team members and operational groups on workflow efficiencies, process improvement projects, and day to day client requests.• Cross train on other relationships in the Custody team, serve as back-up to other Custody Client Associate assigned relationships as needed.
