Ux Researcher @The Craneware Group

View department →

As the UX Researcher at Craneware, I am responsible for customer outreach, interviews, and testing to determine our software\'s ease of use, impact on user day-to-day, and potential improvements. I leverage methodologies including A/B testing, focus groups, card sorting, discovery interviews, and usability testing through Figma and Maze. I discover user insights, analyze the results to find the key points and user journeys within, and present the results to internal stakeholders to drive feature design and development. I work with internal subject matter experts and external users to develop user personas to understand our users and their needs and my work involves all sides of Craneware\'s organization, fostering collaboration with other departments. My user research and subsequent insights into improving usability and ease of use played a crucial role in one of our products surpassing searches in April 2023.
