As the New Member Education Chair for Pi Sigma Epsilon, I lead a 9–10 week training program for 12–16 new members focused on developing sales skills, professional growth, and long-term engagement within the organization. Through weekly role-play exercises and presentations, I prepare new members to confidently deliver a successful 20-minute sales call by the conclusion of their new member process, equipping them with skills applicable beyond PSE.
