   Performed analytical study of radar data to develop alarm system and trigger action response plan that streamlined the decision-making process in the event of new geotechnical hazards.Developed a structural model which made lithology and fault information more accessible to drill and blast engineers. Improved drill and blast practices to use available geology information which improved highwall performance and ore/waste separation. Presented the status of geotechnical hazards and ongoing mitigation efforts to mine operations crews, resulting in greater understanding and confidence in risk management.Developed an infrastructure monitoring program using an array of sensors to track settlement of key infrastructure on site which resulted in early warning systems and improved prioritization of mitigation projects. Managed exploration drilling and gravel road construction projects resulting in on schedule and on budget completion of projects.
