About Noah Palmer-Licht

It has been all inside out and backwards.Did not go to college after high school like my friends. I went to work, and I have done a lot of different things. I started in Construction thanks to my Dad. I have been a laborer and a helper. Worked as a Tile setter, framer, roofer, carpenter / cabinet maker, and more. My family started a small business, and I operated a granite fabrication shop for many years. Learned how to safely operate equipment, draw in CAD, program CNC machines, and manage a production workflow. Recession sent me looking for something new, and I had the privilege to graduate with a degree in Architecture from UNC Charlotte. I worked as an Architectural Designer, Contract Admin, and Project Manager on a variety of building types.Came back to commercial construction as a Virtual Design Coordinator. The understanding of materials and assemblies, building design and code, and the efficiency realized by careful planning - VDC is the intersection of all my previous disciplines.
