Throughout my journey in the hospitality industry, I\'ve honed my skills from Manhattan to Nantucket and beyond. At Trinity College, I balanced academics, sports, and entrepreneurship, fostering leadership and creativity. Post-graduation, I navigated various roles, mastering mixology at Sandbar at Jetties and leading the reopening of Eastern Standard in Boston. My experiences at American Bar in NYC and Corner Store in Park City broadened my expertise, while pandemic challenges showcased my adaptability. During the reopen of Eastern Standard, I was also taking classes full-time getting my Master’s in Hospitality Management at Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration. Now, I aim to leverage my diverse background to contribute to a dynamic restaurant group, with the ultimate goal of opening my own establishment - a culinary sanctuary embodying innovation and hospitality.
