I lead EWIS Engineers and Draftsmen designing production ready wiring systems for complex maritime platforms. My focus is turning electrical intent into clear, repeatable harness architectures that scale from prototype to fleet production. I believe the people closest to the work should have the authority to solve problems, and I design teams, processes, and standards to enable that autonomy. I care deeply about clarity, clear interfaces, clear documentation, and clear ownership, because ambiguity is where schedules slip and quality erodes.
