Founded Ggiata in May of 2020 alongside my partners Jack Biebel and Max Bahramipour. Responsible for growing the business to 5 locations with 1 new locations opening in 2026. Together we have grown our team to more than 120 employees, serving more than customers a week!I have a passion for creating community through our food and our spaces. I believe Ggiata can be a community anchor in any neighborhood we open, which is why I am focused on growing it into a nation wide brand. Open to collaborative opportunities and events!
