Conduct product analysis for various bioprocessing clients and their respective products - Run tests and measurements on bioprocessing equipment using common methodologies and tools such as: pneumatic, hydraulic, entrapment, intrusion/recess, tensile strength and impact testing- Prepared performance reports on tested equipment, documenting operational data and providing recommendations - Conducted routine nightly inspections and operational check of equipment to ensure proper function while overnight evaluations were running- Assemble and test diaphragm valves and radial diaphragm valves from varying manufactures constructed from elastomers and/or fluoropolymers - Sterilizing bioprocessing equipment using Steam-In-Place (SIP) sterilization and assessing affects of SIP on the equipment- Construct stainless steel pipe systems used to test bioprocessing equipment - Assess cleanability of single use Ingold port sampling device - Assessment using spectrophotometer on various liquid samples in order to determine concentrations- Operation of peristaltic pumps and analysis of tubing used within peristaltic pumps - Construct single use master assemblies using various single use connections and equipment- Cut and weld single use bioprocessing polymer tubing- Audit and conduct quality inspections for single use packaging for bioprocessing clients - Coordinated preparation, packaging, and shipment of equipment for external calibration to ensure accuracy and compliance
