About Noah Gallardo

I am a College Graduate with a Bachelor\'s in International Business, specifically on the intersection between business, economics, and policy while zoning my interests on the region of Japan. I am interested in integrating what I\'ve learned from my academics into an internship to help me begin building work experience. My academic studies showed me that companies value leaders and individuals who are able to facilitate a work culture where co-workers can grow together to create a positive business-minded environment. I want to thrive in building my peers to be better people and create better businesses in aspects such as Marketing, Human Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies, and many more. My undergraduate work trained me that businesses must integrate human psychology to influence people to feel significant and, in turn, influence others to be the best team members they can be within a company. I have taken courses such as Global Business Strategy and Introduction to Marketing Strategy, equipping me with Marketing tools. Corporate Social Responsibility taught me to illustrate business’ sustainability for the environment. Business and Organizational Leadership aided me to apply leadership tactics and build better work relationships that change thriving work cultures. Consumer Behavior helped me analyze a target audience through human psychology, and learn how to both market and influence them in an ethical manner into purchasing a product. I have also taken Microeconomics and Quantitative Methods, both courses applying the intersection of business, economics, and policy in real world scenarios.
