Example: Schools, Corporate business, and large residential catering.Run operations for one store that did 1.8 million dollars last year. It is the busiest Smoothie King in the South East region.Understanding and passing Rize Audits.Fluent in Data Central, Brink POS and DC Portal. Establishing placements in front of house to hit 3 and half minute ticket times. Also making sure all Jolt lists are complete and everything labeled back of house and front.Getting everyone on boarded to The Blend. Controlling a variance of 2%. Training and growing management staff is something I’m very passionate about.
