ABOUT NOAH BUSSELL
I am an AICP-certified community planner that specializes in comprehensive local, county, and regional land use planning, spatial analysis, data analysis and visualization, and zoning in rural, suburban, and urban communities across Michigan and the Midwest. My primary areas of expertise include zoning ordinance and municipal code analysis and preparation, community and economic development, broadband Internet and digital access, renewable energy, transportation, and water and sewerage infrastructure. My driving interest has always been in the intersectionality of community planning and national security; particularly the relationship between neighborhoods, local economies, and nearby military installations of all sizes and mission regimes. My philosophy, both as a planner and an aviator, is to always aim high, always dream big, and always continue improving. I work with communities to find grassroots solutions that are not only aspirational, but practical, timely, and with every member of the community at the forefront.
