ABOUT NOAH BLOCKER-GLYNN

Hi! I\'m Noah, a multipotentialist and driven leader who is passionate about helping others realize their full potential. Through creative facilitation, I energize teams to explore and achieve toward the unimaginable. People first, solution-oriented, and team-centric principles are hallmarks of my leadership and management style, and I am deeply committed to leadership development, equity, inclusion, diversity, and access.Recently, I joined Mitchell College as Coordinator of their innovative program, STAIRs - preparing neurodivergent learners for success as independent young adults. Prior to this, I served as Executive Director of Vermont Stage, Chief of Staff for the trailblazing business and leadership development firm, Win Enterprises, LLC, and as Associate Dean for the internationally renowned performing arts conservatory, The Hartt School at the University of Hartford.As a choral artist, I recently served as the Artistic Director of Greater New Haven Community Chorus, where I have spearheaded a renaissance in that organization’s activity, topping out at 120 diverse members and an active board. I am responsible for the commissioning and performance of over 30 new works in the choral and orchestral genres, and led successful virtual choir experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.From a young age, I was fortunate to be involved in meaningful community service, including an early career as a public safety professional. I have been awarded by the State of New Hampshire the Lawrence A. Volz EMS Heroism Award, and the Police Standards and Training Council\'s \"DWI Hunter\" award. I have also been recognized by the World WaterPark Association for my program \"Training Exceptional Seasonal Staff\" in the Aquatics Safety arena.I hold an undergraduate degree in music from Plymouth State University (NH) and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of Hartford—The Hartt School.
