   Operational weather forecasting role for BAM Weather clients- In all tasks: critical analysis of radar, satellite, sounding, and model data for forecasting the next few minutes to the next ~7 days, alongside quick communication of weather information in easy-to-understand terms for clients. This includes selecting \"favored models\" for different parts of CONUS (Ohio Valley, Northern Plains, etc.) at the beginning of every shift to guide forecaster thinking for that shift. This is done via assessment of the models\' representations of future reflectivity, mid- and upper-level jets, mid-level vorticity advection, 850-hPa winds, MLCAPE, PWATs, etc- Creating actionable \"Nowcasts\"(text and graphic products) out to 6 hours detailing expected weather and hazards in time and location across the CONUS- Creating Clarity hourly and daily \"Insight\" weather outlooks (text and graphics) for larger-scale weather events such as severe storms, flooding, and winter weather out to 7 days across the CONUS- Issue urgent tornado, severe storm, and flood watches + warnings across the CONUS- Quickly, thoroughly, and understandably responding to client chats on the Clarity interface. Giving site-by-site forecasts of any requested weather field, with greatest emphasis on rainfall location, timing, and amounts- Creating daily videos for the Ohio Valley and Iowa detailing any important weather (rain, storms, flooding, fog, winter, high winds, etc.)- Answering client phone calls (especially from BAM\'s sport team clients such as the Cubs, Steelers, and Pirates) and providing quick, thorough, and understandable forecasts over the line- Adjusting both hourly (out to next day) and daily (days 2-7) forecasts in BAM\'s Clarity app to best reflect ongoing weather and future forecaster thought in the coming days to help clients make decisions in the immediate hours and week to come- Creating detailed daily forecast powerpoints for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago Cubs, and Miami Dolphins.
