Inside the IS Strategic and driving dept The partnerships and contracts division - Gathers and consolidates information on healthcare, retirement, HDS hosting and healthcare operator partnerships- Is the SPOC for IT managers at the Caisses Générales de la Sécurité Sociale (CGSS DOM-TOM)- Is the iMSA role which, during contractualization, coordinates the stakeholders, supports the Operational Departments and draws up the commitment documents within the framework of inter-regime agreements or with partners.́- Build and situate in which processes the division is located- Manage 2 employees with different scopes of responsibility- Interlocution at CEO / CTO level- Consolidate partner project portfolios (scope, progress, financing)- Responsible for partner budgets, consolidating and monitoring invoicing for partner activities in conjunction with the accountants- Cross-functional liaison with business lines and IT operations, facilitating and promoting partner issues- Coordination of partnership comittees (COSTRAT, CODIR)- Support accountants with ABC model-based costs
