I am a Civil Engineer with a Ph.D. focused on transportation planning and policy, specializing in sustainable, resilient, and energy-efficient transportation systems. My expertise spans transportation and energy infrastructure, climate resiliency, mass transit, sustainable mobility, policy development, and program and project management.I am proficient in data-driven research, modeling, and analysis, including tools such as Python, R, GIS, VISSIM, and civil design software. I have extensive experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget while engaging stakeholders across both public and private sectors.I have been recognized as part of the 2025 Mass Transit 40 Under 40, invited as a Global Citizens guest speaker in Malaysia, co-author of “Transport in a Moving World”, and viral commencement speaker (2019). I also serve as Director of Communications for NSBE’s Transportation Special Interest Group, advocating for women and inclusion in STEM, mentoring students, and leading professional initiatives.
