   As part of the team, I played a key role in organizing the Youth Summit, a hybrid event that brought together young people to explore ways to collaborate and lead in juvenile justice reform. In addition, I contributed to creating, facilitating, and presenting at the Coalition for Juvenile Justice\'s annual conference, helping to shape critical discussions around juvenile justice issues. I also worked with the team to develop and implement educational training programs for both youth and adult members of State Advisory Groups, ensuring that all participants were equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively engage in the reform process. Throughout my work, I prioritized ensuring that youth perspectives were consistently represented in every aspect of the Coalition for Juvenile Justice\'s efforts, regularly participating in monthly meetings and providing detailed reports to ensure that youth voices were heard and integrated into the Coalition’s initiatives.
