Enterprise Asset Management and Projects System Support (PM/PS)- Understand business issues and opportunities. Analyze and define both ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ business processes and perform gap analysis.Management of Deferment and Downtime Reporting (DDR) that supplementsthe Asset Management System (AMS) Perform Hydrocarbon and Energy Accounting (PHEA). Which include the following. To capture” how much”,” where” and “why” there is deferment and/or downtime. This information is used to identify gaps, to restore production and to identify the appropriate improvement actions/interventions in the Asset thereby, ultimately, improving Asset performance.• To track and report Asset performance key indicators of, e.g. utilization, availability enabling similar issues/themes across Assets/businesses to be managed. It is also used to measure, improve and increase predictability of deferment and/or downtime in Production Forecasting and Planning.• To enable both internal and external benchmarking with the intention of identifying opportunities to improve performance and competitiveness- Perform requirement analysis and develop prototype solutions. Demonstrate SAP Enterprise Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) capabilities to the business and enable adoption- Develop functional specification and perform functional configuration (SPRO)- Perform data analysis to understand how data impacts the solutions. Load data using LSMW- Create User guides and conduct training- Develop test strategy and test plans. Validate solution meets the business need and verify it conforms to specificationList of key applications used in this role- SAP ECC- SAP UI/Fiori- Service Now- Microsoft Excel- LSMW
