Hello, my name is Nnaemeka Nwakaudu, and he/him are the pronouns. I was born in Nigeria and currently work in the United Kingdom. To date, my career has combined various roles that cut across operations, logistics, data analytics, and software development-from technical know-how to hands-on leadership experience. This global outlook influences my academic background and the ability to work well across teams in fast-paced and high-volume settings. Operations Specialist - Amazon Logistics: As an Operations Specialist-Amazon Logistics, I am responsible for shift management using data-driven strategies that drive productivity and safety improvements. This would include a reduction in safety incidents by 10% through proactive risk assessments, increasing shift efficiency by 12%, and mentoring more than 15 associates to realize significant improvements in the onboarding process. Additionally, I am a skillful data analyst proficient in Python, SQL, and Tableau in developing insights to drive better decisions and operational success. It is a passion extending well beyond my professional engagement into the personal, where I founded SIveConsult, focused on crafting programs and boot camps for the uplift and empowerment of young tech enthusiasts. I had acquired besides a Bachelor of Polymer and Textile Engineering a PG Diploma in Petroleum Engineering before joining the operation and logistic sectors. This academic background, combined with certifications in data analytics and process improvement, positions me with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
