This is achieved by aligning their vision with strategic initiatives, driving transformational change across their business units, and consistently delivering successful enterprise results.Accomplishments:Directed RFP process for Federal Government client’s new registry system – evaluated 18+ respondents within a tight 2-week deadline within a $1.5M budget – resulting in a successful vendor selection and project completion within 6 months.Spearheaded a 2-Day Value Creation Plan Summit for a private investment firm, engaging 40+ attendees and aligning stakeholders on strategic priorities through deep-dive breakout sessions and comprehensive follow-up tracking.Supported the CHRO at a Healthcare organization with introducing a Nursing Turnover Mitigation Program, including standardized onboarding, a Leadership Rounding Program, and a Career Path Progression initiative with tuition reimbursement, projected to save $6.5M in FY24.Launched with Financial Operations Leaders an enterprise-wide Premium Pay Standardization Program to ensure consistent and equitable pay practices across 92 facilities, projected to save $7M in FY24.Serve as the Leader of the Black@Ankura Employee Resource Group (ERG).
