I lead pricing and packaging strategy for the Guardium data security portfolio, enabling global sales teams and partners to position and sell effectively. My work spans business case development, licensing innovation, and go-to-market execution for AI and cybersecurity offerings.Earlier in my career, I grew through multiple roles at Unica Corporation (now HCL), from Professional Services to Technical Support to Product Management—ultimately leading a global team of 30+ as Director. That journey taught me the value of mentorship, operational excellence, and building scalable systems that empower others.I thrive in roles that blend strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
