As Business Operations Director I am responsible for our nonprofit business operations and administrative procedures. I perform bookkeeping duties including managing accounts payable and receivable, and oversee financial procedures in accordance with Nonprofit GAAP including preparation for our annual voluntary audit. I oversee employee paperwork, system onboarding, and payroll. My role maintains contracts and schedules for professional services, facility maintenance, and repairs, including oversight of our IT contractor and employee technology needs. I oversee our NeonCRM constituent database and our organization website, volunteer management, and support fundraising efforts. As I have grown in my years with the organization, I am cross-trained in various program areas and participate in the execution of Farm-to-School, Farm-to-Community, and Nourish Together corporate education programs. I oversaw the original contracts and sales structure for our infant venue rentals program in 2018, and now support our expanded rentals and experiences in my current role.
