I joined Grant Thornton in 1998 and have specialised in corporate finance since 2002. I am responsible for the delivery of our M&A Advisory and Transaction Advisory Support services to the Scottish market. Having advised on more than 200 transactions during my career, I have substantial experience of helping shareholders, corporates, banks and private equity houses achieve their strategic ambitions. Although the deals I have advised on span a wide range of sectors, I have a particular interest and passion for the Technology and Building Materials sectors. Specialities: M&A advisory, due diligence, public company, technology, business support services, food and beverage and life sciences sectors.
