Director of Engineering Process at MiTek The Global Building Systems Technology team has been organized into 2 constituent teams to support both our New Market Growth teams as well as our Customer Experience (CX) Engineering Teams to develop cutting edge technologies and innovative engineering procedures. The Engineering Process team has the following key responsibilities: • Agile collaboration with New Market Growth leadership teams and Transformational Partners to facilitate the innovation of new patentable products and building systems technology for both onsite and offsite construction. • Collaborate with other Sr. Leaders (i.e. Global Marketing, Global Customer Experience and New Market Growth) to assess and prioritize new material growth opportunities in order to develop a strong product pipeline of products to add to the existing portfolio • Lead the development and continuous improvement of all material engineering processes and engineering tools from sales quoting to production of manufacturing drawings for both existing and future MiTek solutions to drive change and grow revenue potential and profitability. • Bridge the gap between R&D and Engineering production by developing tools and processes that meet the R&D analysis that can be efficiently used by the Engineering production team to effectively deliver projects. • Support our CX Engineers when they face complex problems requiring advanced computational simulation techniques that cannot be solved with the tools they have available.
