Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression with a holistic, integrative, and body-based therapeutic approach. I draw from somatic practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based modalities to help individuals, couples, and families cultivate emotional resilience, deepen self-awareness, and navigate life transitions.Having a background in yoga and over 15 years of personal practice, I incorporate regulated movement, breathwork, and mind-body awareness into the therapeutic process when appropriate. My clinical work is further informed by EMDR training, attachment theory, and humanistic principles that honor each client’s inherent capacity for healing.I am committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, sustainable change.
