ABOUT NATALIA M.
I am a Life Sciences Ph.D. Candidate and Clinical Investigation M.S. student at Northwestern University with extensive international and interdisciplinary education and research experience. My broad expertise is in microbiology, chemical engineering, genetics, biomedical nanomaterials, and sustainability. My current research is focused on developing a cell therapy based on mitochondria transplantation to improve diabetic wound healing. I am interested in therapeutic discovery and development, bioengineering, AI/ML in healthcare, and biotech startups and innovation, and passionate about applying my expertise to real-world healthcare challenges.
