For me, that means staying hands-on and solving real problems from first principles, experimenting with applied AI, and building my own tools to create simplicity.

   At Coforma, I\'ve had the opportunity to work on some of the most impactful challenges in gov-tech. As a Senior PM on the core team that launched the inaugural IRS Direct File pilot, I helped take a 0-to-1 concept and scale it to a service that reached hundreds of thousands of Americans in its first year. Direct File earned an NPS score of +80, far exceeding industry benchmarks and significantly increased public trust in the agency. A proof-point for successful, large-scale public service delivery.
