In addition, built and implement a transition plan to move Talent Acquisition off of the Business Continuity Plan and back onto our Systems while maintaining ability to hire across the Enterprise - Enrolled Talent Acquisition Team in the LEAN 101 Green Belt Certification and conducted multiple strategic process reviews for continuous improvement, the reduction of waste, and improved delivery of Talent Acquisition across the Enterprise - Developed yearly Talent Acquisition Strategic Action Plans to improve process and develop team, including the online training modules for Hiring Leaders across the Enterprise- Analyzed, redesigned, gained approval, and implemented a new Organizational Structure for Talent Acquisition to support the advancement of Talent Acquisition, the team members, and EDI Outreach at TransLink
