ABOUT NOAH TATE
An experienced, highly organised, approachable operations professional in the charity sector. I currently support the processes for onboarding and managing service contracts between children\'s mental health charity Place2Be and our partner schools and work as a key link between the finance and operations units. I\'m also regularly in touch with school contacts directly. I’ve been managing volunteers off and on since my first ever paid job aged 16 and was a line manager at the Royal Society of Chemistry. During my first career as a project manager in book publishing, I qualified as a PRINCE2 project manager. Beyond my paid work, I volunteer formally as a youth mentor for another charity and informally as one of the main admins and regular event hosts of an LGBTQ+ social group.
