About Nicole Martin

I\'m a strategic people leader and culture-shifting facilitator who builds processes and spaces with integrity and care. My background spans startup environments in tech, higher ed, and the arts. I\'ve served as a faculty instructional consultant helping professors become better educators and coached collegiate speech and debate. I\'ve led learning and talent initiatives across industries, collaborating with senior leaders, redesigning HR processes, and creating culture change from the inside out. My work holds big-picture vision next to structural details. I zoom out to set direction, and just as quickly zoom in to guide the steps that get us there.Creative practice keeps me grounded and curious. I co-produced The Keeping Space, a documentary selected for the 2025 Single Channel VT International Video Festival, and served as dramaturg for performance work at UTSA in 2023. My artistic lens informs how I approach organizational storytelling, collaborative problem-solving, and community building.I show up where things feel honest and aligned, including as a volunteer at Austin Animal Center. I love dogs (especially my own rescue!). They remind me that change doesn\'t always come from doing more. Sometimes, it\'s presence and consistency that move things.one moment at a time.I love connecting with fellow culture-builders, people professionals, facilitators, and anyone working to make workplaces more human-centered.
