My 25+ years in the operations and finance industry, have taught me that people are the main priority of any business. That’s why, in my role as Chief Financial Officer at Publicis Sapient I collaborate with my peers to focus on driving profitability through the company, while fostering sustained growth.Our values-led culture allows me to develop relationships with business stakeholders throughout the company. It is my belief that by doing this, I can help Publicis Sapient to adapt to a continuously evolving industry. As a leader, I am recognized as someone who focuses on solutions, achieving results and empowering people to thrive. I aspire to help many Publicis Groupe companies achieve profitable milestones through these ideals and believe that this has been a direct contributing factor to my success working within the network for almost 15 years. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, volunteering and spending time with my two children. These activities allow me to gain a greater sense of understanding, empathy and compassion, which I try to incorporate in my professional career each day.
