It is worth mentioning that I serve as an Agile Coach and an early SAFe Agile evangelist in the Individual and Institutional Retirement Buy, Service, and Manage domains. Guide Product Managers and Product Owners through the definition of EPICs, Capabilities, Features, and Stories in JIRA, JIRA Align, and RTC. Furthermore, I evangelize business agility to develop a One Team attitude of co-creative endeavors to accomplish shared objectives that transcend departments, teams, and divisions of the business. Below listed are some of my achievements within this job role: • Delivered a $20M annual strategic portfolio for the Client Services Technology business by leading various teams of business analysts and product owners. • Decreased the number of manual steps in user transaction processing and transaction costs by 33% as well as doubled new account servicing by executing solution strategy and guidelines automating multi-channel transaction experience. • Exceeded expectations in achieving TIAA\'s 2020 goal by quadrupling the digital footprint over the last six years, tripling the number of transactions done on digital platforms, and aiming for a digital effort score of 1.3 across multi-channel platforms.
