Roles and Responsibilities:• Lead a team of 44 professionals, including Engineers and Operators, coordinating Blade Quality Assurance operations within the Blades production unit.• Lead Cross Functional teams in improving the Blades operational Quality projects, PFMEA.• Mentor and support the plant team in Process audits, Calibration activities, MSA, SPC, CTQs monitoring.• Design and execute FTR improvement programs, NQC reduction projects.• Mentor the team on defects reduction using Quality Tools, RCA and 8D methodologies. • Guide and train the team in technical skills and interpersonal skills to ensure professional growth and contribute to the success of the organization.• Participate and Encourage safety culture among the team and improve safety standards.Achievements:• Successfully designed Framework, trained the quality team and implemented for running RCAs and 8Ds in the plant.• Achieved defect reduction in Mould area of about 30% in a span of 12 months improving the quality of blades.• Led Plant level digitization of Blade Quality reports in Power BI which resulted in saving of 20 Manhours per month.
