ABOUT NICK KOOTNIKOFF

Doing my part to bridge the gaps between the public, private, and civil society sectors by building the cross-sector partnerships needed to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). My current role gives me an opportunity to further break down the divide between Global North and Global South actors with a specific focus on strengthening gender equality and enhancing the voices of feminist actors around the world.I obtained an MBA in International Organizations Management (IO-MBA) from the University of Geneva. which focuses on training future managers for the international organizations, NGOs, and public and private sectors. I also hold a Canada\'s Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. I have professional experience and managed in a variety of organizations, including with NGOs & the United Nations, government, and within the mining, oil and gas, hospitality, and construction sectors. I\'ve completed short-term deployments and field trips to remote locations, CARE country offices, and isolated camp environments in Northern Canada, Russia, Kenya, and Zambia.
