Currently at Microsoft, I architect the programmatic recommendation systems for M365 Copilot, specifically building agentic AI that matches enterprise sellers to high-propensity accounts and actions. My work replaces manual intuition with automated, causal-driven decision systems to increase deal velocity across a person field.My background is in high-scale ML infrastructure and Real-Time Bidding (RTB). I have shipped everything from batch feature stores that cut MLE experimentation time to deep neural network models that automate marketing budget allocation in real-time.

1. Senior Product Manager, Copilot Growth

   Microsoft

   Jul 2024 — Present · Redmond, WA, US

   I build the measurement and recommendation infrastructure that contributes to how Microsoft\'s enterprise sales field operates. My core work is a causal inference platform using synthetic control methodology to measure which programs actually move the needle on $100M+ in annual investments, reducing analysis that used to take weeks to hours.On top of that I built a propensity scoring service that ranks enterprise accounts by likelihood to respond to specific GTM programs, replacing gut-based seller prioritization with model-driven recommendations. Most recently I have been working on a narrative recommendation engine that correlates slide-level sales deck content with downstream customer outcomes to tell sellers not just who to call, but which story to tell.I also worked on the Fabric Ontology platform, introducing what-if simulation capabilities for large industrial customers over their digital operations data using low-code function authoring and function calling.
