ABOUT NKASI BLAIR

Qualified Attorney-at-law with international experience spanning London, the United Nations, and Barbados. I specialise in public international law, ESG compliance, climate change, and human rights. My work has included contributing to legal submissions before international courts such as the ICJ and IACtHR, advising on state obligations related to climate and environmental governance. In Barbados, I practiced across family, criminal, contract, and company law, appearing before the Magistrates Court, High Court, and the Caribbean Court of Justice. I also supported public institutions and legal aid initiatives, gaining hands-on experience with legal systems and advocacy in a developing country context. Passionate about access to justice, responsible business, and sustainability, I bring a global perspective to complex legal and policy issues.
