Leading the data migration workstream for the GPMS programme, a large-scale SAP to Aderant Expert EMEA migration across the firm\'s global practice management systems. Successfully established the data migration function from the ground up, including recruiting and onboarding the migration team, defining roles and responsibilities via RACI, and setting up the full technical landscape including conversion architecture, tooling, licensing, and staging environments. Developed and maintained the DC2 Master Tracker consolidating 1,354 field mappings across 18 migration objects, with a Gap Analysis Tracker covering 274 identified gaps across CRITICAL, HIGH, MEDIUM, and LOW severity classifications. Established Azure DevOps project tracking board with 10 Epics and 139 work items to manage DC2 delivery across the full migration lifecycle. Leading senior stakeholder engagement across Functional SMEs, Business Analysts, PMO, and Conversion teams, maintaining entry and exit checklists to ensure controlled progression through each migration phase.

With over 21 years of experience across financial services, legal, and public sector, I specialise in leading large-scale, complex data migration programmes from strategy and scoping through to delivery and quality assurance.
