I am a psychology graduate and healthcare professional currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology at Harvard University, with experience spanning research, clinical administration, and training support.My background includes supporting psychological research at CAMH and York University, where I assisted with participant recruitment, data management using REDCap, and ethical research compliance. Alongside research, I work in healthcare administration, supporting clinicians, coordinating schedules, processing insurance claims, and developing onboarding and training resources to improve staff experiences and operational flow.I am especially interested in roles that sit at the intersection of psychology, healthcare, and systems — including research coordination, clinical research support, and training and development within mental health or community-focused organizations.I bring a thoughtful, organized, and people-centered approach to my work, and I value environments that prioritize ethical practice, collaboration, and meaningful impact.As a CEO of a small art business, Njerdoesitagain Art, I lead the business strategy and creative direction to ensure sustainable growth while staying true to its artistic vision. I successfully launched my Etsy store, Mikono Moyo, in January 2025 to expand reach and monetize original art, art prints and printed apparel. I explore new business development opportunities, including digital commissions, event collaborations, online marketing campaigns, and expanding product offerings to grow Mikono Moyo’s brand and reach. As well, I write SEO-optimized product descriptions, manage inventory and fulfillment, respond to inquiries, analyze shop performance, and maintain a cohesive online storefront.
