A highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Manager with a breadth of leadership experience to motivate and inspire staff, combined with the technical knowledge required to provide them with advice and support.My current role is with the NHS, heading our IT Engineering team, providing hardware and software support for medical practices in Greater Manchester. This is a very challenging role with a variety of process and staffing issues, along with having to adapt to constant change. In addition, I am a Mental Health First Aider - always willing to support colleagues when the need it.
