I have been working since January 2023 for Synergiz as director of operations, in charge of after sales activities : production & delivery, project management, SW dev, customer care. I have 2 major experiences in my carrier. First one is at EXFO (ex Astellia) in mobile network domain, while i have worked as customer care director then Operations Director, in charge of project managers and deployment teams. I held similar position at Alstef Group (ex BA Systèmes), in industrial environment for AGV system (Automated Guided Vehicles).
