Responsible for developing and maintaining security architecture artifacts (e.g, models, templates, guidelines) that can be used to demonstrate security capabilities in projects and operations.\\\\n• Oversee the long-term Cyber strategy, including architecture, design, implementation, monitoring, and remediation.\\\\n• Led a team responsible for assessing risks, monitoring risks, identifying potential gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate the risks.\\\\n• Responsible for developing a framework to detect and respond to malicious activities threatening cloud and on-premises resources to ensure the core security controls are consistently applied and mitigate risks.\\\\n• Led technical hardening requirements (THRs) management program to develop and revise technical hardening requirements for multiple technologies to reduce attack surfaces with proactive compliance requirements and automate the hardening measurement and reporting.\\\\n• Leading Security-as-Code governance and development.\\\\n• Collaborate with other policy owners to implement and provide assurance of Policy as Code Solutions (e.g, Terraform, Kubernetes).\\\\n• Accountable for managing, organizing, conducting, and tracking network and application penetration testing globally to ensure all the gaps identified are compliant.\\\\n• Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a framework for the complete visibility into the security and compliance posture of each resource to ensure each identified security item is remediated.\\\\n• Facilitate, influence, and govern to institute and communicate best practices defined through security engineering patterns, designs, and implementation blueprints.\\\\n• Support critical initiatives from the overall security architecture that are relevant to and consistent with the objectives of the Technology Blueprint by promoting Manulife’s security and technology architectures.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
