My mandate spans IT strategy, cybersecurity governance, AI enablement, enterprise integrations and full financial accountability for the IT charter.Previously at Maersk, I led global digital transformation across the container lifecycle, driving automation and analytics to improve accuracy, reduce costs and enhance operational resilience.    As Head – IT at GATX India, I established the enterprise technology function from inception, transitioning application ownership from US teams and building a scalable, governance-led IT ecosystem. My mandate spans IT strategy, enterprise architecture, SAP and Salesforce modernization, MuleSoft multi-tenant integrations and Azure cloud operations, enabling operational resilience across asset-intensive rail operations.I lead AI, GenAI and data enablement initiatives, including implementation of an enterprise LLM platform integrating SAP, SharePoint and knowledge repositories, improving response time by 30%. I have also designed IoT-enabled telematics and asset intelligence platforms supporting predictive maintenance and new digital revenue streams.
