De Havilland Dash 8 Q-300 Loads Generation- Generated floor loading envelopes to analyze oversized/bulk payload distributions for its effect on aircraft C of G, zero fuel weight and floor loading limitations. These results were used to satisfy customer requirements, minimize OEM primary structure re-analysis and generate the cargo loading manual- Analyzed composite galley for additional applied loads using FEMAP with NX NASTRAN to satisfy static strength requirements i.a.w EASA CS-25.De Havilland Dash 8 Q-200Design and Stress Lead- Designed a skin repair drawing in AutoCAD by providing instructions to cutout damage area, create a filler patch, and reinforce damaged area with doubler/tripler and stringer splice- Prepared a stress substantiation document for the repair showing equivalent strength analysis as well as determined inspection interval, region and technique. Bombardier Challenger 604Stress Analyst- Analyzed belly radome and antenna attachment provisions for static strength using FEM generated aerodynamic loads. All provisions in the load path were analyzed, such as bolt shear/tension interaction, sheet metal buckling, doubler reinforcements, tension fittings and rivet attachments. Appropriate justifications were used to consider the effects of bird strike and belly landing to prioritize protection of the aircraft structure- Analyzed various interior installations such as racks, shelfs, seats and mission units for static strength and abuse loads. Analysis includes composite shelf bending and insert analysis, seat provisions and its attachments to the floor- Prepared Structural Substantiation reports to show compliance to CS-25 regulations.Gulfstream G-IV- Prepared stress substantiation reports to show compliance of analysis to FAR 25 regulations. Systems include Interiors, avionics, antennas, electrical power and APU-The Structural Repair Manual (SRM) was used to get OEM material and thickness specifications for frames/stringers.
