Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all the Business units & multiple skills (Full Stack Developers.Net, Angular, Quality Assurance, Presales, Sales, CRM, Cloud Engineers, Software Development, Business Analysts, etc).• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, social media, Linkedin etc. • Sourcing “longlists” of appropriate candidates for the business by prioritizing the use of the internal applicant tracking system (Workday) as well as external platforms (including but not limited to Regional Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukr, Naukrigulf, Bayt etc.) Expert in Boolean searches on multiple job platforms.• Effectively utilize the internal database and employee referral scheme to build highly efficient talent pipelines.• Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications as per the job descriptions and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes mentioned in the resume to match it with the job descriptions.• Conduct interviews as per the process approved by the company.• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practice.• Handling stakeholders at CEO, CTO, CXO levels. Excellent in stakeholder management.• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.• Conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)• Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
