I bring a unique, people-centered background that has shaped the Human Resources leader I am today- My career foundation began in the United States Army, where serving as a cook taught me the power of teamwork, accountability, and trust. That experience shaped my leadership philosophy: inspire action through authentic relationships, service, and consistency—especially in high-pressure environments.~ Throughout my HR career across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, janitorial services, and now the dental industry, I’ve been fortunate to learn from exceptional mentors and collaborate with diverse teams. These experiences strengthened my empathy, adaptability, and employee advocacy, while deepening my expertise across the full HR lifecycle.~ As a democratic and collaborative leader, I empower teams to think critically, solve problems independently, and contribute meaningfully to business outcomes.
